Intelligent Flexible Plug-in System for Special-shaped Electronic Components
The system is capable of the automatic plug-in of special-shaped electronic components and high-speed high-precision plug-in operation. With modular design of plug-in unit and feeding unit, it is compatible with various feeding forms. Plug-in grippers at multiple stations allow the quick switching of grippers. It also supports visual alignment of PCB and component pins. The plug-in takt is 3S/piece.
